In this hands-on camp, students will work with clay to learn the primary principles and techniques of sculpture and mould-making. With a combination of instruction and experimentation, students will work with clay to learn various techniques that apply not only to clays but also to other sculptural mediums. Students will have the opportunity to plan and build their clay designs and, with guidance, will make a plaster mould so they can reproduce their design in a variety of materials.
