Observation is a major step in becoming a professional artist; Urban Sketching is an exercise in drawing what we see. Whether indoor, on location or drawing from a visual resource, you can tell the story of your surroundings through your skills.
For this class, we are looking for students who are interested in portraying their vision for others to see. Supporting your fellow classmates as you learn more about architecture, history and drawing skills, is the first step to being part of an Urban Sketching community. Be ready to discuss interests, tool preferences and favourite locations as you show the world, one sketch at a time.
